REFUND POLICY
Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Severely damaged: Full refund or replacement
- Partially damaged (affecting functionality): Partial refund or replacement
- Minor cosmetic damage to packaging: Not covered
- Timeframe: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Wrong or Missing Items
- Wrong product: Full refund or replacement
- Wrong color/size (not affecting function): Refund or replacement with proof
- Missing parts (affecting function): Complete product resent
- Missing parts (not affecting function): Partial refund or missing piece sent
- Missing accessories: Accessories will be resent
How to File a Claim
To process your claim, please contact our fulfillment partner at support@teemdrop.com with:
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- Order number and description of the problem
- Screenshots of any relevant correspondence
Delayed Orders
- USA: If your order hasn't arrived 45 days after shipment from our warehouse, please contact us to open an investigation
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package
"Delivered" But Not Received
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Contact your local post office with the tracking number
- Official certification from your local postal service (with stamp) is required to process claims for non-receipt
- Investigations may take 1-2 months and outcomes are not guaranteed
Returns (Non-Defective Items)
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items without quality issues:
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and accessories
- Prior authorization required - contact us before returning
- Return to the address we provide (not our business address)
- Use a trackable shipping method

Upon inspection and approval:
- $1.50 processing fee applies
- Refund issued for product cost only (shipping, taxes, and fees are non-refundable)
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
Order Cancellations
- Full refund if order hasn't been processed yet
- Once processed or shipped, standard return policy applies
- Personalized items and pre-orders cannot be cancelled
Claim Deadline
All claims must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. After this period, orders are considered closed and claims cannot be processed.
